Who can claim it

• No one else has claimed the offer for your email domain.

Simola treats the domain as the part after @.

Example: [email protected] and [email protected] share the same domain.

Open Wallet

Open Wallet from the app navigation.

Click the claim button

Click Claim your $10 credit.

Confirm your email domain

Simola checks your account email domain.

If it’s the first claim for that domain, the credit is applied.

After you claim

• Your wallet balance updates to include the $10 credit.

• You can confirm it in recent wallet transactions.

Troubleshooting

I don’t see “Claim your $10 credit”

• Refresh the page and try again.

• Make sure you’re signed in with the account you want to credit.

It says my domain already claimed the credit

Only one user per unique domain can claim this offer.

Ask a teammate from your domain to check the wallet balance.

I clicked claim but my balance didn’t change

Wait a moment, then refresh Wallet.

If it still doesn’t update, contact Support and include:
