How to reschedule simulations?

Rescheduling is a simulation group change. You adjust the group’s schedule or distribution, and Simola re-plans remaining runs.

What you can reschedule

• Pending / future Scheduled simulations.

• Future daily distribution counts.

You can’t reschedule simulations that already ran (successful or failed).

Reschedule workflow

Pause the group (or campaign)

Pause the simulation group first. This prevents the plan from changing mid-run.

Edit schedule

Change one or more:

• start/end date

• weekdays

• daily time window

Edit distribution

Adjust daily totals. Keep the overall total consistent with what you intend to run.

Save and resume

Save changes, then resume the group.

Simola will rebuild the schedule for the remaining runs.

If the group is already completed, create a new simulation group for the new dates.
