Add team members

Invite teammates to your workspace using their business email.

You can invite teammates to your Simola team.

Business email domain rule

Simola only allows team members whose business email domain matches the team owner’s domain.

Example:

• Owner email: [email protected]

• Allowed invites: [email protected], [email protected]

• Not allowed: [email protected], [email protected]

This rule prevents unrelated users from joining your workspace.

Invite a team member

1. Open Workspace.

2. Open Team members.

3. Click Add member / Invite member.

4. Enter their email address.

5. Send the invite.

Once they accept, they’ll show up in the team member list.
