Retry is useful after you fix a config issue. It re-runs the same record again.
Open the failed simulation.
Read the failure reason.
Watch the video and screenshots if available.
Fix the root cause (mapping, automation, success keyword, popups).
If you need to change configuration, pause the campaign first. Then re-test.
From the campaign or simulation group view, filter the simulation list to Failed.
Select one or more simulations you want to rerun.
Click Retry.
The retries will show up as new scheduled runs.
A retry typically counts as a new simulation for billing.
Retrying won’t fix bad input data. Fix the CSV row instead.
If the campaign is Completed, create a new simulation group to run more volume.
