Open the page you’re working on

Open the campaign, simulation group, or dashboard where you’re stuck.

Click Request support (top right)

Click Request support in the top-right corner of the app.

Pick a time and confirm

Choose an available slot and confirm the meeting.

What to include (so we can help fast)

Send as much of this as you can:

  • Campaign name + landing page URL

  • Simulation group name (if applicable)

  • Affected simulation IDs or record primary keys (if set)

  • Approximate timestamp and timezone

  • The failure reason text

  • Video and screenshot links (if enabled)

If you’re debugging a failure, follow this checklist first:

Common reasons to request support

  • Simola can’t detect your form correctly.

  • Required fields or select options don’t match your page.

  • A popup/cookie banner blocks submission.

  • The “success” page or success keyword changed.

  • You’re not sure which goal to use (Form Testing vs Form Submission).
