Workspace permissions

Understand who can edit campaigns and who can run simulation groups.

Permissions in Simola are designed to keep campaign configuration controlled, while still letting the team run volume.

Campaign configuration ownership

Only the user who created the campaign can edit the campaign configuration.

This includes changes like:

• form selection and field mapping

• validation rules and primary key

• automation steps

• success keyword / success detection

Who can add simulation groups

Any user in the workspace can create a simulation group for an existing campaign.

This makes it easy for teammates to:

• upload new CSV batches

• schedule new date ranges

• run new segments without changing configuration

Recommended workflow

1. One owner creates and configures the campaign.

2. Teammates add simulation groups as needed.

3. Everyone monitors runs in the dashboard.
