Step 2: Required fields and primary key

Select the fields required for a successful submission. Reorder them with drag and drop.

Required fields

Required fields drive three things:

• Validation during CSV upload.

• Mapping completeness checks.

• Submission success rates.

Primary key (duplicate control)

If your destination system blocks duplicates, set a primary key.

Email is the most common primary key.

When a primary key is set, Simola can flag duplicate records earlier.

Confirm selectors

Depending on your page, you may also confirm:

• Form XPath.

• Submit button selector.

If your workflow uses tracking or dynamic values, you may also configure optional UTM tags and placeholders sourced from your data.
